A colossal abstract head fills the canvas, outlined in thick black strokes against a turbulent field of electric yellow and chaotic color debris, reds, blues, teals, and flashes of white. A white-and-gray form drapes over the face like a shroud or mask, obscuring features beneath heavy impasto. The painting interrogates willful blindness: the figure is monumental and yet rendered sightless, surrounded by the evidence of everything it refuses to witness.
