Three pig-headed figures in bright tailored suits, canary yellow, burnt sienna, vivid magenta, sit in red theater seats, drinks and popcorn in hand, staring out at the viewer with unsettling calm. A shadowed beast with glowing eyes lurks in the darkness behind them, unnoticed. Against a cold gray field lit by an EXIT sign, Berhe indicts the comfortable consumption of spectacle, asking who the real animals are and what they choose not to see.
